Founding Spirit & Vision

Established in 2021

Handong Institute for Arbitration and Reconciliation

The distortion of biblical creation appears mostly in the form of disputes and conflicts through people or communities. The reason why Jesus came down to earth was to build peace by restoring the broken relationship between God and man. Peace was made between God and man through Jesus Christ. Likewise, Handong Institute for Arbitration and Reconciliation(HIAR) was established for the purpose of building peace between people by solving disputes and conflicts through voluntary methods like arbitration, mediation, and reconciliation, which would ultimately lead to building peace between God and man.

HIAR aims to find a solution for settling disputes that can achieve true reconciliation and peace through biblical principles and the application of the positive law in a world filled with conflicts and disputes by following the teachings of Christ to make true peace and reconciliation on this land.

“Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they will be called children of God.” (Matthew 5:9)
